Welcome diverse people who come for coffee, to relax, take a break or chat; welcome diverse people who come to purchase clothes, small items and books at a Solidarity Shop for a small fee. Training and support from the team manager are provided. Unconditional welcome is key. The volunteer must have good listening skills, be mindful of confidentiality, be organized and have a team spirit.
