Recruit new volunteers based on needs expressed by local teams and coordinate with them. Ensure integration of new volunteers and oversee the welcome process and basic training on association values. Travel within teams in your local area. Accompanied by a dynamic, motivated, and supportive team. Part of the activity can be done from home, including initial outreach.
