I build social connections with someone in precarity, elderly, or with disabilities

Mission description

Volunteers can conduct home visits to build connections and combat isolation, organize or participate in events (courtesy visits, social gatherings, outings, performances). Working alongside and listening to people, volunteers can help assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure beneficiary follow-up.
