You will participate in the following missions in a spirit of collective consultation: • Lead the statutory framework with other Board members • Contribute to the organization's good functioning and encourage development • Define and guarantee L'ENVOL's political project and strategic directions • Oversee proper governance and management function • Ensure the financial stability of L'ENVOL • Work with the General Director to support leadership and employer responsibility (130 employees) • Monitor and contribute to quality social dialogue with partners within the institution.
