The Little Brothers of the Poor in Amiens seek volunteers year-round. The team, supported by a staff member, welcomes volunteers from diverse backgrounds: students, working professionals, retirees. Volunteers work in organized teams and regularly share about those they support. Objective: break the isolation of people over 50 living alone or in facilities suffering from loneliness, material poverty, or precarity by helping them rebuild connections and offering a trusting presence in their own setting. Free training is provided throughout the year.
