Mission description

Les Auxiliaires des Aveugles is looking for two volunteers to help maintain their IT infrastructure at their Paris headquarters, consisting of about ten Windows computers. Your tasks may include: diagnosing and resolving common IT problems, installing and configuring new workstations, installing or updating standard software, strong Excel experience, configuring printers, scanners and peripherals, performing necessary updates, advising the team when renewing equipment, and explaining good IT practices to users in simple terms. Note: maintenance of software specifically adapted for visually impaired persons is handled separately.
