Fécamp 12 Neighborhood Authority is a Paris-based association partnering with the city, social housing organizations, and local associations to improve neighborhood living conditions through activities promoting professional integration. It recruits unemployed residents from the 12th arrondissement facing specific difficulties, trains and supports them toward employment.
