Follow and support young Civic Service volunteers throughout their citizen mission. Be their trusted reference for questions and needs, helping with their mission and personal development beyond it, in accordance with their Civic Service Agency contract. Build a trusting relationship where the young person feels free to discuss difficulties, fears, motivations, and projects. Exchange knowledge and skills in an excellent partnership. Monthly check-ins occur within the organization.
