I help develop 'repair cafés'

Mission description

L'ATELIER Community Center in Monteux wishes to develop 'repair café' mornings where volunteers guide users through minor everyday repairs (bike maintenance, small appliance or electronics repairs, etc.). The objective is skill-sharing and learning to do things rather than having them done. Still in project phase, volunteers can participate from communication to welcoming users. The aim is to help users become independent by explaining how things work and teaching techniques, not doing repairs for them.
