Mission description

The Arts & Métiers Foundation and associations Arts & Métiers Alumni, IESF, Femmes Ingénieures and Projets Métiers are mobilizing for the "One Young Person, One Mentor" project to prevent school dropout starting in 8th grade. The goal is to support the young person's orientation from 8th to 9th grade in a structured way, help them recognize their skills, build confidence and autonomy, and strengthen academic motivation. You'll develop listening, pedagogy and leadership skills; practice soft skills like emotional intelligence, flexibility and open-mindedness.
