Mission description

Are you an executive, working professional, or recent retiree in Nord-Pas de Calais wanting to share your experience mentoring a young graduate in their job search? Become a Squad Emploi volunteer. Support a young graduate (minimum bachelor's degree, under 30) by strengthening motivation and confidence, providing technical job search help (CV, cover letter, interview practice), refining their career goals, helping them understand workplace culture, and building professional networks. Time commitment: 25 hours over 9 months.
