ExplorJob (Association AVDTM)Mission description
Help young people envision their future and build confidence in their career path. By registering on ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help people construct their career orientation. You are contacted occasionally by Explorers (middle and high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or people in career transition) curious about your profession. During a one-hour meeting (face-to-face, phone, or video) at your convenience, you answer their questions, explain your career path, your responsibilities, why you love your work, and discuss its challenges.
