Mission description

This mission aims to promote autonomy and development of the person being supported by setting evolving objectives tailored to their specific needs. The volunteer visitor network (CAMBRAI SOLID'AGE) run by the local social services has the main objectives of identifying and documenting isolation situations, making friendly home visits, providing personalized support for people in existing community activities and events, and mobilizing a solidarity network through a group of volunteer visitors.
