ASSOCIATION NEURO SOLIDAIRE (ANS)Mission description
As Volunteer Experience Coordinator, you'll ensure quality volunteer pathways within Neurosolidaire. You'll contribute to integration, support, engagement, and retention of volunteers while improving practices. Organize integration programs, transmit necessary information and resources, follow up during first months, conduct regular check-ins, identify needs and difficulties, and support volunteers in their role.
