Mission description

The Mental Health Fresco® is a peer-to-peer collective intelligence workshop: 3 hours long with 8-10 participants, led by a trained pair of young facilitators. It equips participants to care for their own and others' mental health through awareness, information, and engagement strategies. Using animation techniques and about thirty cards, it explores what mental health is, what influences it, and strategies for maintaining it. Sessions conclude with collective engagement options.
