I manage audiovisual projections at a festival on September 5-6, 2026

Mission description

For our festival, we seek volunteers to assist the technical team during audiovisual projections. Working with technical leads, you'll: prepare projection rooms before sessions, install, check, and set up audiovisual equipment (video projector, screen, computer, cabling, sound), attend film, documentary, or presentation screenings respecting the schedule, ensure image and sound quality during projections, address simple technical issues first and alert the lead team if necessary, participate in equipment setup, takedown, and storage, and maintain good order.
