Mission description

In a context of growth and economic vigilance, we are seeking a volunteer HR advisor to support us in a major transformation and resource-sharing project. The challenge is to rationalize and harmonize human resources across the Federation and its 7 member associations. You will work on three key areas: Governance/Administration, Fundraising, and Communication. The goal is to create cross-functional collaboration, strengthen connections between entities, achieve economies of scale, and optimize collective efficiency while securing our practices. This is a high-impact mission where your expertise is vital.
