I assist the Charente Les Restos du Cœur departmental secretary with administrative tasks

Mission description

I perform administrative tasks to help the association function smoothly: processing incoming and outgoing mail, in-person and phone reception, typing notes and reports, email handling, filing and archiving. The Charente Departmental Association of Les Restos du Cœur welcomes and supports 2,700 families—over 6,300 people—across 17 activity centers with food assistance and social integration, thanks to 580 volunteers' support.
