I feed free-roaming cats at the Abri association in Seignosse
L'ABRIMission description
The number of abandoned cats is constantly rising in tourist areas. Founded in 2006, Abri association works with local authorities to curb the massive proliferation of feral cats. Volunteers make rounds of hidden shelters in bushes or volunteers' gardens to fill food and water bowls and keep areas clean. You also monitor cats' health and alert staff to injured or sick animals. After trapping, treating, identifying, and sterilizing cats, we work toward their integration.
