CIF-SP sometimes receives information about potential mistreatment of elderly or disabled individuals. When intervention is needed, the association refers cases to competent services. Many situations reflect isolation or poor communication rather than actual abuse. As a volunteer, you'll work with staff who support and coordinate actions. The role involves weekly telephone support shifts (minimum once weekly, Tuesday or Thursday mornings 9 AM–12 PM) in Poitiers offices.
