I meet with the public to conduct experience surveys

Mission description

About the mission: The survey mission objective is to meet spectators to better understand their experience, attendance habits and expectations. Volunteers propose a short questionnaire on tablet during reception times, before or after concerts. After completion, they give respondents a reward to thank them for participation. Responses collected help the Parc Floral Festivals team know audiences better, improve on-site welcome and adapt communication and outreach actions. This mission suits people comfortable with interaction, able to approach the public with ease.
