I join the setup and breakdown team for a festival or event

Before the festival, you'll help install infrastructure in coordination with the logistics team. Setup involves assembling stages, welcome stands, activity stations, food stands, and marquees a few days before. Breakdown happens after the event ends, taking down and organizing everything. You should be hands-on and attentive to safety instructions. The festival team will brief you on safety requirements and whether you need to bring equipment.
