Conduct first meetings with people wanting to become volunteers at PFP and with elderly people referred to us. Your role is to listen, understand each person's situation and expectations, and prepare the team's collective decision—both for volunteer commitment and elderly person accompaniment. Since 1946, Little Brothers of the Poor has fought isolation and loneliness of elderly people, especially the most disadvantaged, recreating bonds to help them reclaim joy in life. Being a welcome volunteer means meeting those coming to Little Brothers for the first time.
