I coach a U19-Junior rugby team

Mission description

We're looking for a coach who can develop a group and contribute to a sustainable club project. Your tasks: coach and develop the backline game (3/4); actively contribute to building and evolving the game strategy; ensure individual and collective player progression; propose adapted, varied and demanding sessions; use performance tools like video analysis and regular evaluations. The team is semi-finalist for 2025/2026 with about 50 players, structured and ambitious game strategy oriented toward performance, and integration in a competitive pool (U16 – U19 – Seniors) with real continuity in development. The staff is structured with clear team organization.
