I help structure the administrative and legal documents of the association

Mission description

AmalTech is an association that develops digital education initiatives for children and young people in vulnerable situations, particularly in Syria, through the collection and refurbishment of computer equipment in France. To grow and work with partners (funders, companies, institutions), we need to strengthen our administrative and legal framework. We are looking for volunteers to help us: structure and update association documents (minutes, registers, files); draft or review documents such as partnership agreements, material donation agreements, commitment letters, and email templates; clarify compliance and good management rules.
