Working alongside the AURA Future Employment team, you support young people (17-30 years, job seekers) wanting to start their own business. Within the "Ouvre-Boite Grenoble" program, you help them structure their idea, build their project, and gain confidence. This means: • Discussing with young people to clarify their project • Guiding them through key steps: market research, business plan, administrative procedures • Sharing your experience and practical advice • Encouraging them to persevere and believe in their potential.
