Résonansemble uses the Ohme CRM for donor contact management and Brevo for communications. To improve efficiency and donor relationship tracking, the association wants to automate key processes. Mission objectives include: diagnosing current Ohme and Brevo usage, optimizing data structure (files, tags, segments), establishing simple automation between Ohme and Brevo (contact synchronization, welcome scenarios for new donors, automatic segmentation for newsletters and campaigns), improving reporting (dashboards, indicators), and briefly training the team on best practices.
