VMEH 92Mission description
Train VMEH volunteer leaders in volunteer motivation and retention. VMEH is a 3,600-volunteer association visiting hospital patients and elderly in care homes nationwide. Department presidents and site managers need training in volunteer management. This pro-bono engagement (sharing professional expertise for social good) develops expertise, human skills, and societal impact, improving care quality for hospitalized persons and the elderly.
