France's leading food aid network, Food Banks collect, manage, and distribute food to support people in difficulty. The Northern Food Bank, like 86 other departmental banks, combats malnutrition and food waste, partnering with over 190 local associations, social services, and solidarity stores in Nord. Daily, we fight precarity and food waste, distributing over 14 million meals yearly in the Nord department. For 40 years, the Northern Food Bank has been central to circular solidarity economy, saving tons of products from destruction.
