I help prepare over-indebtedness files for the Bank of France

Mission description

Prepare over-indebtedness files for transmission to and validation by the Bank of France. Two hours per week on a day you choose (Tuesday and/or Thursday or another morning). Files are processed in-person with beneficiaries. Training is provided in pairs. Help people unable to prepare their own files due to digital literacy gaps or fear of errors. The volunteer works in pairs with a more experienced volunteer, with training provided by colleagues.
