Mission description

Become a Buddy for Inklu'pair program participants! You'll provide essential support to help participants engage in a human-centered job insertion program. Make two phone calls monthly to connect with an adult with disabilities, listen to them, and help prevent isolation. You'll have a team's support committed to making the job market more inclusive. Ideal profile: at least 18 years old, ready to commit 2-5 months for regular phone calls and/or casual meetups with your matched person.
