Le Réseau Chainon c'est un outil à double vocation : le repérage artistique et le développement culturel en circuit court. Chaque année, c'est plus d'une soixantaine de spectacles, sur une vingtaine de lieux différents, ce qui génère par la suite plus de 1000 représentations sur tout l'hexagone, positionnant le Chainon comme l'un des premiers diffuseurs de France.
